We get lots of questions about CakeBaker but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to enter into individual correspondence - though often we really want to.

To address this we have introduced an 'Ask our Experts' section where take questions from our readers, have our experts answer them and then publish the questions and responses on this site.

Give it a couple of days and then check back to the site regularly for your answer. Please do note that less than one in ten questions will be answered!
